Dr. Helena Zurekova is knowledgable and asks lots of great questions as she diagnoses your issues. I went to see her to help me improve sleep patterns and optimize energy levels for a big physical fitness challenge I'm embarking on. I'm impressed by the way she doesn't push specific and radical nutritional approaches as being the \only way\ to a solution, but instead makes suggestions and gives insights, making it much easier to make lifestyle changes to support a desired outcome. Highly recommended.
